How to Shop at Stardust

  • To get the most of your visit, here are some helpful tips:

  1. Wear proper attire: We’re a warehouse, so we suggest wearing closed-toe shoes.
  2. Measure twice, buy once: Bring your measurements to save yourself time and money on something that may be too small or too big.
  3. Bring a professional: Consult with your contractor if you’re buying structural items or items that you’ll need help installing.
  4. Think outside the box: Be open to repurposing materials.
  5. Be flexible: You might not always find what you’re looking for the first time. But, you might find something you love and can use, even if it’s not what you were looking for.
  6. Watch your kids: Children must be supervised at all times.
  7. Be cautious: Be aware of materials with sharp edges or exposed nails as well as stacked piles that may be unstable.
  8. Save your receipt in case you need to return your purchase within 30 days for a Store Credit.

Return Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for Store Credit. Receipt must be provided. Store Credits expire after two years.


Non-Working Appliance Refund Policy

Occasionally Stardust gets a non-working appliance donated. Customers may return a non-working appliance within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Receipt must be provided and customer must be present. Refunds for credit card purchases will be applied to the card used for purchase. Refunds for cash purchases will be mailed within 7 days of the return.


Storage & Hold Policy

We will keep purchased items in our warehouse for up to 7 days. Items not picked up after 7 days will be considered abandoned and donated back to Stardust’s inventory for resale; no refunds or exchanges will be permitted.

Stardust has a no hold policy.



We will require a loading waiver to be signed prior to staff and volunteers loading items directly into your vehicle or trailer. Vehicle owner(s) must also remain present during the loading process. If you prefer not to sign the waiver, we’ll offer seven days of free storage to give you time to round up friends or hire movers.
